The VERES (previously MASHIMO) format produces offset data on the sections specified in the Grid Spacing dialog. When saving the data, you may select the surfaces to be included and also the precision. The higher the precision, the greater the number of points on each section. Note that a maximum of 200 sections may be defined, to output more than 200 stations you will have to output two VERES files and combine them.
