The types of checks are grouped into the categories; Bending, Tension, Compression, Combined and Serviceability. In addition, a number of auxiliary combined action checks have been included that consider axial force and bending about a single axis only. The user may specify which of these checks are performed when a member is designed or checked using Steel Designer.
